Esmono rooms for sale

We have 2 used Esmono rooms for sale at £5000 + VAT each (O.N.O.) 4M (w) X 3.7M(l) X 2.2M(h)

Both come with Toshiba quiet running, hot and cold air conditioning units (as well as the standard esmono powered ventilation units) and independent outside condensers as pictured below. (air con. installed from new in april 2006)

Both come with H+H group ltd. "reduc strata extra" 35mm sub floors and additional chipboard sub floor.

Both rooms are currently erected and available for viewing.

Buyer is responsible for disassembly and removal.

Room 1. consists of 3 window units and one door. This was originally used as the control room. There are also additional double glazing units that will come with the room ( for if the purchaser wishes to build a room within a room)

Room 2. consists of 2 door units and 1 window (and additional double glazing unit). This was originally used as the dubbing booth and will comfortably hold 5 musicians. This room has had another room built inside. consisting of

walls: Isolating pucks, 1" mdf with isolated plasterboard layer on top. wooden frame that will simply unscrew, internally lined with acoustic rockwool.

Ceiling: structure is 1" wooden frame plasterboard and acoustic rockwool.

The room itself currently rests on a 4" wooden perimeter frame to increase internal headroom.

Both rooms currently rest on independent platforms filled with sand which in turn rest on 1" wood frame (not screwed together and coated on top and bottom with composite isolation matting. I do not believe the platform is worth salvaging but the 1" frame and matting certainly is.

NB. it is unlikely the plasterboard will survive when room 2 is dissassmbled but care was taken when erecting to make sure the other materials will survive with care.
